Another Tom Cruise revelation: he hates e-mail and would rather friends and family pick up the phone when they want to talk. He was persuaded to establish an e-mail account while filming the first Mission Impossible film, and says, "The next day, there are fifty messages. I'm the kind of person, if someone phones, I have to return the call because it's rude not to. But I'm a father, I'm producing a movie, I'm working. I don't have time to type out fifty e-mails."
