Lindsay Lohan is not satisfied with a written apology she received from Brandon Davis after he was caught slagging her on camera last month. In Touch magazine is reporting that the Mean Girls actress has had her lawyers send Davis a letter outlining her plans to sue if he does not make a $250,000 donation to charity and release a videotaped apology to TV.
