Kate Moss has changed her mind about writing a tell-all autobiography, after she found out the police had no plans to prosecute her on cocaine charges. "The book deal was a wise move at the time, but it's a wiser move now to pull out as she has got her career back on track," a PR expert says. "She is perceived to have cleaned up her act. So she can save the memoirs for a rainy day when she needs to re-invent herself."
