Nick Lachey is speaking out against reports that he pushed around a student when he tried to take a picture of him on Friday night. The 18-year-old said Lachey roughed him up when he tried to take a picture with his cell phone camera as the pair shared an elevator ride. The teen's lawyer says his client is considering suing the Newlyweds star, and told PageSix, "It was a cell phone, wasn't a paparazzi kind of thing. We're talking about an 18-year-old kid taking in life in the big city." But Lachey's reps tell a different tale, insisting the boy began harassing Lachey at a drugstore before following him into girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo's NYC building.
