A Bahamian judge has ordered DNA tests in the ongoing custody battle for Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn. "I know I'm the father," photographer Larry Birkhead said after a court hearing yesterday afternoon. "I just want the court to know I'm the father. I will be back on Tuesday." Howard K.
