The recently-rehabbed star reportedly kept crew members waiting for hours on the set of I Know Who Killed Me a few weeks ago. "When she finally arrived, she said that she needed to take a nap," said the insider. Lohan stayed in her trailer for five hours before throwing up and leaving for home, claims the source.
