TMZ has learned that - not surprisingly - the medical condition that provided Paris Hilton with a release from prison was purely psychological. Reportedly on the brink of a nervous breakdown, Hilton was "reassigned" to house custody early this morning. The heiress received a visit from her psychiatrist in prison yesterday and the day before, and sources say after yesterday's consultation, word was passed to the sheriff that Hilton's mental state was fragile and that she was at risk.
