John Woo, born in China Brought up in Hongkong and thrived in Hollywood. he is noted Action director started his career in Hollywood with a action packed thriller in Hard Target starring Jean-Claude Van Damme. The team up with Universal Pictures was not a very pleasant experience for him as there were a few restrictions. Movie did well at box office.

Next Movie was even bigger for this talented director. he teamed with John Travolta and Christian Slater for broken Arrow. The movie was a huge success. In 1997 he was given a chance to direct Face/Off from Paramount pictures. He was given full liberty to show his creativity for action.

John Travolta and Nicolas Cage were the key protagonists in this run and chase movie.

this movie proved highest grosser of the year and helped Mr. Woo to be listed in noted action directors of Hollywood,

Also the first Asian director to be accepted in mainstream commercial Hollywood cinema. John Woo has made three more films in Hollywood. Mission: Impossible II, Windtalkers and Paycheck. Mission:

Impossible II proved to be the highest-grossing film of 2000. However Windtalkers and Paycheck failed at box office. Since then he has not directed any movie in Hollywood, But he produced a video game namely Stranglehold and a few animated movies.

Will Smith known as an Actor, Producer and Rapper. But that’s not the reason I like him., I adore him as a person who is so confident that whatever he does , does it with excellence. He is the only actor in world cinema whose movies have grossed over 100 $ for consecutive 8 times as well as the only actor to have eight consecutive films open at #1 on the domestic box office as a Lead Actor. Its never easy for any actor to deliver back to back hits like he has done. he is the most bankable star of Hollywood today. Smith has been nominated for four Golden Globes, two Academy Awards, and has won multiple Grammys. Smith rose to fame as a rapper under the name The Fresh Prince in the late 1980s and his Role in the television series The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. His most notable films include Bad Boys and its sequel; Men in Black and its sequel; Independence Day; I, Robot; Ali; The Pursuit of Happyness; I Am Legend; Hancock; and Seven Pounds. He has entered into Guinness book of world record fro attending 3 premiers in duration of less than 24 hours.
Smith started his career titled as The Fresh Prince, with his childhood friend Jeffrey "DJ Jazzy Jeff" Townes as turntablist and producer as well as Ready Rock C (Clarence Holmes) as the human beat box. The trio was known for performing humorous, radio-friendly songs, most notably "Parents Just Don't Understand" and "summertime." They gained critical acclaim for winning the first ever Grammy in the Rap category (1988). Smith lived as a free bird and spent money freely during his early career and underpaid his income taxes. The Internal Revenue Service eventually assessed a $2.8 million tax debt against Smith, took many of his possessions, and garnished his income.
Smith was nearly bankrupt in 1990 when the NBC television network signed him to a contract and built a TV Show, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, around him. The show was successful and launched his acting career. Smith set himself the goal of becoming "'the biggest movie star in the world'," studying box office successes' common characteristics. Although he made a notable dramatic film debut in Six Degrees of Separation while still appearing in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Smith's film career took off with his role in the buddy cop action film Bad Boys (1995) along with co-star Martin Lawrence. After that movie there was no looking back for him.
Even President Barack Obama stated that if a film were to ever be made about his life, he would have Smith play his part, because "he has the ears". Obama stated that the two have discussed a possibility of a film based on the 2008 election.
On December 1, 2008, TV Guide reported that Smith has been selected as one of America’s top ten most fascinating people of 2008 for a Barbara Walters ABC special that aired on December 4, 2008.
